Misty trained in the STOTT PILATES® method in 2008 originally at the Pilates training center of Hawaii and has not stopped learning since. She is especially interested in guiding people out of the fear of movement, helping clients feel empowered and connected to their bodies like never before. She believes that you invest in Pilates so that you can keep doing all the fun things you want to do outside of the studio. With her insatiable appetite for learning she brings new tricks and tips to clients that assist in that ah-ha moment time and time again. Misty approach is gentle and layered, She will sprinkle in therapeutic alignment principals with some Pilates based athletic inspired exercises that will keep you motivated and excited to come to each session.
