STOTT PILATES is used by rehab, post-rehab and prenatal clients, athletes, and everyone in between. STOTT PILATES exercises help both men and women of all ages develop optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing joints. Our approach

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Sessions 1-5 have that slow burn kind of feel. This is where we REALLY get to know your body. We strongly believe in meeting our clients where they are at, and that sometimes we may need to regress to progress.

We will first make sure that we speak the same language and educate you on the 5 basic principles of the STOTT PILATES® method. We will take some notes on how your body is moving ….and…. Whoosh! You are on your way!

Spring Wall™ classes are taught on the STOTT PILATES® Spring Wall™- We stand, kneel, sit, lay on our sides, we push on things, pull on others… We will use props, bands, balls, and other toys to challenge your movement dynamically.

Multi-Equipment Circuit classes are taught on the STOTT PILATES® Spring Wall™, Stability Chair™, and V2 Max™ Reformer. We will move from apparatus to apparatus for a specific amount of time, breaking down the exercises with each rotation. This is such an exciting and motivating way to challenge your stability and strength! You will leave with that “I did that!” kinda feeling.
