Sessions 1-5 have that slow burn kind of feel. This is where we REALLY get to know your body. We strongly believe in meeting our clients where they are at, and that sometimes we may need to regress to progress.
We will first make sure that we speak the same language and educate you on the 5 basic principles of the STOTT PILATES® method. We will take some notes on how your body is moving ….and…. Whoosh! You are on your way!
Sessions 5-Forever, you are unstoppable! We will curate EACH session to your individual needs and help you reach whatever goal you are trying to achieve.
Offering a variety of small group classes, a few are described below.
Spring Wall™ classes are taught on the STOTT PILATES® Spring Wall™- We stand, kneel, sit, lay on our sides, we push on things, pull on others… We will use props, bands, balls, and other toys to challenge your movement dynamically.
Limited to 5 people
Multi-Equipment Circuit classes are taught on the STOTT PILATES® Spring Wall™, Stability Chair™, and V2 Max™ Reformer. We will move from apparatus to apparatus for a specific amount of time, breaking down the exercises with each rotation. This is such an exciting and motivating way to challenge your stability and strength! You will leave with that “I did that!” kinda feeling.
Co-founders Lindsay G. Merrithew and Moira Merrithew, along with a team of physical therapists, sports medicine and fitness professionals, have spent three decades refining the STOTT PILATES method of exercise and equipment. This resulted in the inclusion of modern principles of exercise science, fascial fitness and spinal rehabilitation, making it one of the safest and most effective methods available. This clear and detailed approach forms the basis for STOTT PILATES training and Certification programs.
